  • Payment Data: Processed securely by Stripe; we don't store card details
  • Usage Data: Videos generated, credits used, preferences
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information
  • YouTube Data: If connected - channel ID, access tokens (encrypted)

4. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contract: To provide our video generation services
  • Legitimate Interests: To improve our Service and prevent fraud
  • Consent: For marketing communications (opt-in)
  • Legal Obligation: Tax records and compliance

5. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and maintain our Service
  • Process payments and manage credits
  • Upload videos to YouTube on your behalf (if authorised)
